hey thanks
those are actually computer-renderings. I made physical models of the renderings eventually. you can check them out on my website: www.vigilism.com
hey thanks!
i studied architecture at cornell university. its a fairly conceptual-based program and for myself, i was always probably a little more fascinated in how architecture is presented and articulated visually than real-world design issues. i was also very much into drawing architecture and figuring out how to use computers in interesting ways. after school i worked for a small boutique design firm that created “virtual” sets [lofts, buildings] for magazine and ad campaigns [think flynns container house in tron legacy]. and after that i started freelancing until i started my own arch practice with 3 friends. hope that answers your question.
My design practice recently completed the renovation of an 1100sq.ft condo in Brooklyn, NY. We used very clean lines, modern fixtures and an accompaniment of mid-century furniture.
